DMCA and copyright requests

To report content on bbwlocaldates.com that you believe infringes copyright, email [email protected] with the subject “Copyright notice”.

Please include:

1. Your physical or electronic signature and the work you own or are authorized to represent.
2. The exact URL of the material concerned.
3. Your contact details so we can respond.
4. A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
5. A statement that the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act for the owner.

For a privacy or image-removal request that is not a copyright claim, explain the concern through the same contact address. See the U.S. Copyright Office guidance for notices and counter-notices.
